The quiet village of Komeno is located in a verdant area, 12 km northeast from Corfu Town capital. From there, the access to the North and the South of Corfu is easy.
Kommeno is ideal for peaceful and relaxing holidays in one of the many accommodations it offers. For those who like excitement, the touristic resorts of Gouvia and Dassia are only 4 kilometres away and have many shops, clubs and sandy beaches.

Facilities for vacation rental Poolvilla Khaya

The villa is situated 10 km northeast of Corfu Town in the elegant suburb of Kommeno. It faces South East and over looks the sea towards the Gouvia marina, the islands of Lazaretto and Vidos, Corfu town and the mountains of the Greek mainland. Constructed in the year 2005, it is one of nine villas and three maisonettes built on an extensive piece of land each with their own garden, walls, gates and privacy. The land area surrounds a small hill on top of which is a protected Venetian fortress. in ground floor of the villa there is the apartment which consists of one double bedroom, complete kitchen and WC/shower. This apartment sleeps 2 persons and could be used with seperate entrance from the garden.

Very Important Notice
1. No pets allowed
2. No smoking is permitted inside the villa.
3. Villa towels are not to be used for swimming or removed from the premises.
4. Please do not leave air condition units switched on while away from the villa.
5. The swimming pool will be cleaned once a week and the grass cut at the same time.
6. Please switch off pool and garden lights when retiring to bed.

Further details

On the main Villa is living the owner (during the year 2008).
Downstairs is the apartment with independent entrance, which sleeps 2-3 persons. It consists of one double- bedroom, livingroom-kitchen, WC/bath.

The use of the garden and the pool is shared with the owner.
The sea is in about 5 minutes walking!
Gouvia center or Dasia with high night life is about 2km away!
The beaches which are close to the villa are in Gouvia and in Dasia about 2km away.
The beaches in both areas offer water sports or motorboat rentals during the summer period at the moment .

ATTENTION (only for Villa Khaya)

Deposits and payments for Villa Khaya
A deposit of 40% is required to secure a firm booking. The balance of the accommodation cost (60%) is payable a minimum of two months prior to arrival. Deposits and full payments are not refundable. Only under extraordinary circumstances such as server illness or death will be given consideration to refunding prepaid accommodation costs.
