The villa is situated on the top of a small hill, very quiet and isolated away from neighbor houses, from main streets, bars, discos and any noise to disturb. Located in the middle of Corfu island and about 10km from Corfu main town, airport and port, 3,5km from Corfu Golf Club and the free nudist sandy beach Mirtiotissa (the beach is mixed, left side nudist and on the middle side for families normal), 4,5km from Ermones beach, about 5km from wonderful sandy beach Glyfada (there take place all kinds of the water sports as well) and about 1,5km away from the famous Aqua land of Corfu.

The place is ideal, because of the position you can easily visit the north or the south part of the island in one hour driving only.
The small village Kokkini is situated on the top of another small hill on the opposite side of the villa and none tourist are living over there. An old cafe and mini market still offers there with the old greek style the greek cafe. In about 1km from the villa you can find the first bigger mini market, taverna, cafe and petrol station.
In July and August there is every 2 hours a bus connection to the beaches and Corfu main town through the village Vatos. In Vatos (4km from villa away) you can find more tavernas.

The villa consists of 3 floors; on the ground floor is the very big living room with fireplace on the one side, a big modern kitchen from the other side and a king-size corner bathroom with a washing machine too. From the ground floor you reach with interior stairs the first floor where are the four bedrooms (1 master double bed and 3x 2 single beds) and one big WC/bathroom. On the second floor under the roof is the 5th big double bedroom with a private big WC/shower and a small balcony with panorama view to the Village Kokkini, to the Golf area and a little sea view. The entire villa is full air-conditioning, heating and the living room connected with a SAT-TV.
The villa offers very large balconies and verandas with enough tables and chairs, where you can sit, to enjoy and relax your best days of the year. On the pool area you can find also sun beds and a place with BBQ. On the side of the house is also enough places to park your cars.
