Apraos is a small and quiet village in northern Corfu built over the sea. The over km long beach with crystal shallow waters and white - grau fein sand, has become a destination of many bathers of island, as it is known for its quietness but also cosmopolitan moments. It deserves to be mentioned that this particular beach has been awarded with light blue flag, for the cleanliness and the organization.
The Apraos or Kalamaki beach is about 35 kilometers from the city of Corfu, a 3-4 minutes drive to the cosmopolitan village of Kassiopi and 4 minutes from the village of Almiros, Aquapark and Acharavi, where the visitor has the opportunity to visit a number of shops, big supermarkets, banks, diving school etc.

Both attractive villas direct on the beach with big terraces overlooking the beautiful coastline of the north part of the Island and also the coast line of Albania at the opposite side. From your verandas you enjoy also the comings and goings of the fishing boats from the small fishing boat port of Kassiopi. The sandy beach is ideal for small children for people who cannot swim properly as sea is shallow. The both newly completed 2 store villas, can accommodate a big group of people (max. 12 persons) or separated two different families, because the 2 villas could be also independent. They offer ideal accommodation to families with small children or to older persons and persons who have difficulties to walk up stairs
* All 3 bedrooms of one villa have individually controlled air-conditioning, the second one has built in the floor air conditioning (new system) , WC/showers or bath. * On the first floor there is one double bedroom with a balcony looking to the sea, WC/bath and one twin bedroom with WC/shower, balcony with nice sea view. * On the floor downstairs is the living room with Satellite TV, DVD-player, an open planned well equipped kitchen-dining-room with a washing machine and dish washer, a WC/shower and the third twin bedroom with own WC/shower.. * Each villa has a 60qm freshwater swimming pool, overlooking the sea, which curves around its own Jacuzzi. A tranquil sun terrace around the pool with sun beds, umbrellas and a conveniently situated stone-built barbecue forms a lovely relaxing al fresco dining area and an excellent choice for large parties. It is quite conceivable that guests might choose to while away their entire holiday here.
